While not intended for certified roofing or structural assessment, the workflow reflects real-world applications in property management, real estate marketing, and insurance documentation. It is ideal for building owners, property managers, real estate professionals, and insurance adjusters who need up-to-date, visual records of rooftop conditions. Even without formal certification, drone-captured imagery provides a fast, cost-effective way to assess roof features, track changes, and support decision-making or marketing efforts.
