Construction Site progress Monitoring

Overview

This project involves flying repeat drone missions over a construction site to document site progress over time. The goal is to produce visual timelines and consistent orthomosaic updates that can support project communication and historical tracking.  Outputs are intended for visual tracking and site documentation, not for volumetric measurement or certified survey use.

Objectives

• Plan and execute regular drone flights on a set interval (e.g., weekly)

• Maintain consistent altitude and flight path for each capture session

• Generate orthomosaics after each flight and align spatially for comparison

• Produce side-by-side visualizations to show development phases
