This project demonstrates how drone imagery can be transformed into a textured 3D mesh for visualization and presentation purposes. While not intended for certified surveying, the workflow mirrors real-world applications in architectural visualization, condition assessment, and maintenance planning. It is ideal for architects, real estate developers, building owners, and construction managers who need accurate, immersive 3D models to evaluate existing conditions, communicate design ideas, and document structures over time. Even for small buildings, the ability to generate detailed, shareable 3D models provides a powerful tool for planning, stakeholder communication, and marketing.
